Exchange & Return Policy – Girly Aura

At Girly Aura, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Please provide your Order Number when requesting an exchange or return.

We offer an easy and hassle-free exchange policy for products purchased from our store.

Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
If the new item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost (approximately $10).
Once your return is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Refunds are not offered; only exchanges are available at this time.
